Workmanship Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in the workmanship of the renovation or maintenance project. Should any issue arise due to improper installation or craftsmanship, the workmanship warranty will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected components.
Material Warranty
This warranty covers any defects in the materials used in the renovation or maintenance project. In the event that the materials used are not of the specified quality or fail prematurely, the material warranty will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the affected materials.
Structural Warranty
This warranty covers any structural issues that may arise as a result of the renovation or maintenance project. If a structural problem occurs due to the work carried out, the structural warranty will cover the cost of repairing or rebuilding the affected structure.
System Warranty
This warranty covers any issues with systems installed during the renovation or maintenance project, such as HVAC systems or plumbing systems. If a newly installed system fails, the system warranty will cover the cost of repairing or replacing the system.
